Sideshow Speakeasy was born from a simple conviction: that the best coffee and cocktails deserve the same reverence usually reserved for each other. We opened our doors on North 8th Street to give Lincoln a place where baristas and bartenders operate at the same high level — because great craft doesn't care what time it is.
By day, we pull shots from single-origin beans and build drinks with the precision of a laboratory. By night, the same attention shifts to spirits — house-infused, freshly muddled, and presented without apology. The space between coffee and cocktails isn't a gap to us. It's the whole point.
